The furry members of your family are very welcome to join you for lunch, dinner or drinks in our pub and covered courtyard. If you’re dining inside, please make us aware in advance by booking through the app, and ensure you click 'Conservatory' or 'Courtyard'. We’ll make sure you’re seated somewhere more dog friendly and have the treats ready.

Please note our seven en-suite rooms remain dog free.

We invite our guests to discuss their specific needs in advance of their visit in order to give us the possibility to assist and establish whether our property will be suitable for their needs. 

We have a large carpark, you are welcome to leave your car in our car park, subject to availability. Cars and their contents are parked entirely at the car owners’ risk.

The George is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping establishment. Smoking or vaping is prohibited anywhere in the buildings (The George pub and rooms) and courtyard. Should you smoke in your room our fire system will trigger and we will charge you £150 to your card for having to undertake a deep clean of your room.
