Time flies… It’s almost been 6 years of good food, good friends & good times at The George. 6 years since we restored the then derelict pub back to it’s former glory. Creating a space for everybody in the village & the wider community to get together.
From after-work drinks or long weekend lunches, to special occasions & first date nights; we believe a good pub makes the perfect background for so many life events.

A Night of Wine Tasting: Coming Soon…
Join us for an exclusive wine tasting experience & 3 course menu pairing, in our room ‘upstairs with expert sommelier Stan Park, Thursday 21st July.
Wine Tasting - Thursday 21st July at 7:30pm
Throughout the evening you’ll be guided through the tasting notes of red, white & rose wine, as well as a glass of fizz. You’ll also graze on 3 courses, designed to pair perfectly with the wines.
A great excuse for a night out with the girls or a different kind of ‘date night’.
